Sales QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or an equivalent degree is required for a general knowledge of business and marketing principle and practices. Required knowledge of VoIP, IT and Internet related technologies, requires knowledge of sales techniques, equipment, hardware/software, firmware/technologies and product configuration/uses. Effective communication and presentation skills required.

Position Description

Performs account prospecting, lead follow-up, schedule customer appointments, define customer needs, configure solution, generate and present proposal etc. to achieve or exceed assigned sales quota. Develops and implements plans and strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within assigned territory or account. Serves as program manager for all assigned account activities. Prepares account plans and proposal strategies, product forecasts, long-range budgets and weekly sales activity reports. Contacts existing customers to maintain account relationships, advise of new product offerings, etc. Interacts with the customer and appropriate divisional staff to satisfy technical requirements. Plans and participates in technical and product presentations, demonstrations and trade shows. Works under general supervision.

Technician Level I Qualifications:
  • Experience in voice, data, Internet and convergence technologies
  • Must be able to work overtime when required to meet customer service-requirements
  • Excellent employee and customer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be ethical in dealings with customer, vendors, management, co-workers, and subordinates.
  • Must have strong computer skills. Network configuration a plus
Position Description

Previous and or no experience working in the telecommunications field. Must possess valid state drivers license. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and exhibit good judgment in customer interactions. Ability to work independently to install and solve product problems with minimal assistance. Troubleshooting hardware and software for VoIP systems, Ethernet Switches, VPN solutions and associated applications.

Receptionist Qualifications:
  • Excellent employee and customer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, Access is a plus
  • Open to new opportunities for professional growth within the organization
